This is an appeal from the trial court’s termination of appellant’s parental rights. Because the trial court found the appeal frivolous, appellant was not entitled to a free copy of the record from the termination trial. Appellant’s court-appointed appellate attorney filed a brief stating that after reviewing the record of the new trial hearing he could not say the trial court abused its discretion in determining appellant’s appeal was frivolous, presumably because he could not review the record from the termination trial.
