This is an appeal for an order of the circuit court of Montgomery County dismissing appellant’s petition for writ of error coram nobis, on June 26, 1967.

Petitioner, Drewey Aaron, Jr., was indicted and convicted for rape in the circuit court of Montgomery County, Alabama. He was sentenced to death July 30, 1959. Motion for new trial was denied and appeal was taken to this court, which reversed the judgment of the circuit conrt on July 14, 1960. Aaron v. State, 271 Ala. 70, 122 So.2d 360. The cause was…
