Deceased created a trust for the benefit of his wife and authorized her ■“ to make disposition of all of the principal of this trust upon the termination thereof, that is, upon her death, to such person or persons and in such manner as she may by her Last Will and Testament direct and appoint.” The wife survived deceased and died on September 28, 1947, leaving a will which was duly admitted to probate in this court.
