This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the United States (“Plaintiff” or “Government”) to clarify the judgment issued in United States v. Ford Motor Co. (“Ford CIT"), 29 CIT _, 387 F. Supp. 2d 1305, 1334 (2005), in favor of the Government and against the Ford Motor Company (“Defendant” or “Ford”) awarding the Government unpaid duties in the amount of $184,495 and civil penalties in the amount of $3,000,000(“July 20, 2005 Judgment”).
