This is an action of trespass on the case for negligence to recover for personal injuries, suffered by the plaintiff, as a result of a collision between the automobile, in which she was riding as a passenger, and another automobile owned and operated by the defendant. The case was tried before a justice of the superior court, jury trial waived, and resulted in a decision for the defendant.
