Plaintiff, Enterprise Leasing Company of New Orleans appeals a judgment granting the defendant, General Star Indemnity Company’s motion for summary judgment and dismissing its claims against the defendant.

FACTS

The plaintiff, Enterprise Leasing Company of New Orleans rented a Nissan Sentra automobile to Mr. Ronald Simmons. Pursuant to the rental agreement, Mr. Simmons was obligated to return the vehicle in an undamaged condition.
