OPINION
FRY, Chief Judge.
{1} The State appeals the district court’s order expunging all records relating to the arrest and subsequent court proceedings regarding Defendant. Defendant was prosecuted for negligent child abuse, pleaded guilty, received a conditional discharge, and successfully completed her term of probation. Defendant was subsequently denied two employment opportunities based on her criminal record and petitioned the district court for an expungement order.
