REID, Associate Judge:

Appellant, Latrel L. Gilchrist, appeals his multiple convictions pertaining to the murder of Bernard Davis, and his single conviction relating to the murder of a witness who saw the fatal shooting of Mr. Davis. 1 He claims that the trial court’s application of our decision in Lamner v.
