[¶ 1] Norma Small appeals from judgments of conviction for murder in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) (1983), 1 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (Class B), in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 353(1) (1983), 2 entered in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Mills, C.J.) following a jury trial.
