The petitioners, Randolph P. Jennings and Susan P. Jennings, are owners of a parcel of real property consisting of 6,250 square feet. The property is located in an area zoned R-43 residence in the Town of Smithtown which is an area zoned for residential development on parcels of one acre or 43,560 square feet. The petitioners, Randolph P. Jennings and Susan P. Jennings, have sought a variance permitting construction of a single-family residence on the parcel.
