In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Richard S. Mohan appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bruno, J.), dated June 3, 2013, which granted the plaintiffs motion for a unified trial on the issues of liability and damages.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, with costs, and the plaintiffs motion for a unified trial on the issues of liability and damages is denied.
