A Minnehaha County jury found for the defendant-appellee, Golden Rule Construction (Golden Rule), on all issues in a declaratory judgment action to determine and declare the rights of the parties under an insurance contract issued by plaintiff-appellant, North River Insurance Company (North River), to Golden Rule.
