OPINION OF THE COURT. This bill was filed to obtain a title to lot 80, in the city of Cincinnati. All the parties claim under Abraham Garrison, who, it is alleged, sold and conveyed the lot to William and Michael Jones. The sale and payment of the consideration are shown by the following receipt, signed by Garrison: “Received, Cincinnati, 10th September, 1790, of William and Michael Jones, fifty pounds, thirteen shillings and threepence, in part of a lot opposite Mr. Conn’s in Cincinnati, for two hundred and fifty dollars, which I will make them a warran-tee deed for, on or before the 20th…
