Memorandum., Order modified on the law by deleting the provision thereof denying so much of defendant’s motion to vacate the judgment of conviction as was based on the ground of ineffective assistance of counsel, and matter remanded for a determination de novo of said portion of defendant’s motion, following a hearing, in accordance with the decision herein; as so modified, affirmed.
