OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Ronald E. Stacy, appeals his conviction for felony murder in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
{¶ 2} At approximately 3:17 p.m. on April 27, 2005, Warren County Emergency Services received a 9-1-1 call from appellant, stating that a nine-month-old infant, Caden Shea, was not breathing. Deputy Brombaugh of the Warren County Sheriff's Office arrived at the apartment and was directed upstairs by appellant's mother. Deputy Brombaugh observed appellant performing CPR on the infant.
