Defendant, Janice K. Taube, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of possession of cocaine. We reverse and remand.
Defendant was one of the targets of an investigation conducted by the South Metro Task Force involving allegations of cocaine dealing and trading cocaine for stolen property.
