ORDER

WAKE, District Judge.

This is a civil in rem forfeiture proceeding against real property, a house, for which the United States has not yet given notice to the owners and occupants. The Government seeks an ex parte writ of entry “on one or more occasions ... for the purpose of conducting an inspection and inventory and appraisal of the defendant real property,” to include still and video photography, accompanied by law enforcement personnel for their safety.
