CLIFFORD, Circuit Justice.

District courts are constituted courts of bankruptcy by the act of congress establishing the existing system upon that subject, and the provision is, that those courts shall have original jurisdiction in their respective districts in all such matters and proceedings, and they are authorized to hear and adjudicate upon the same according to the provisions of the bankrupt act. 14 Stat 517.
