LEBARON v. Wight

The respondent, Joan M. Wight, appeals an order of the Superior Court {McHugh, J.) denying her motion to dismiss and finding that the petitioners, Dean LeBaron and Marilyn Pitchford, Trustees of the Dean LeBaron Trust — 1998, and Barbara Oldman, maintain a right of first refusal to the respondent’s property. We reverse.
