Ann Crumley and David Myers appeal their convictions, following a joint jury trial, in which they were convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, 21 U.S.C. § 846, and aiding and abetting the possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). In addition, Myers was individually convicted of possessing a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). Crum-ley was sentenced to 151 months’ imprisonment. Myers was sentenced to 240 months. On appeal, they both argue that they…
