—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edwin Torres, J.), rendered April 29, 1997, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 25 years to life, 25 years to life, 12V2 to 25 years, 5 to 15 years, and 21/s to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
