Plaintiff Diana Perez, a lieutenant in the North Providence Police Department (“NPPD”), has sued the -Town of North Providence and Charles Lombardi, the Mayor and Public Safety Director (collectively “the Town”), alleging a hostile work environment, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(l), and retaliation, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3(a).
