In 1872 John L. Ellis, late of the County of Abbeville, made and executed his last will and testament, and in 1879 departed this life, leaving- the same unrevoked.
He left surviving him five children, who are the first-named plaintiffs, and six grandchildren, three of whom, children of a deceased daughter, Eliza McDaniel, are also plaintiffs, and three others, children of a deceased son, John B. Ellis, are defendants, joined with Bobert Pratt, who is the sole executor of the said will. He left no widow. The chief object of the…
