The Unbundled Legal Services Special Committee II of The Florida Bar has filed a report proposing amendments to the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar and the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure to address unbundled legal services (also known as “limited representation” or “discrete task representation”).1 We conclude that the intent of the proposed amendments, which is to increase effective, efficient, and meaningful access to justice for otherwise unrepresented litigants, is consistent with the Court’s objectives, particularly in cases involving children and families.
