{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Thomas Dudley, his six siblings, and Dudley Farms, L.L.C., appeal the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas *673granting the motion of plaintiffs-appellees, Terry, Kevin, and Karen Dudley, for attorney fees. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
