MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ZAGEL, District Judge.

The defendant here challenges the sentencing guidelines put forth by the United States Sentencing Commission under the authority of the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 (28 U.S.C. § 991 et seq.). This court is obliged to sentence this defendant in accordance with the guidelines (18 U.S.C. § 3551 et seq.) unless doing so would violate the Constitution. In his behalf defendant has, with leave of court, adopted as his own the arguments advanced by Joseph Patrick Eastland in United States v. Eastland, 694 F.Supp. 512 (N.D.Ill.1988). Most of the…
