¶1 James King was convicted of disorderly conduct on September 12, 2014, in the Bozeman Municipal Court. Acting pro se, he appealed the verdict to the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County. The District Court, in a comprehensive opinion and order, declined *377appellate jurisdiction and remanded the matter to the Municipal Court for enforcement of King’s sentence. King appeals. We affirm.
ISSUE
¶2 A restatement of the issue on appeal is whether the District Court erred when it declined to exercise jurisdiction over King’s appeal from the Municipal Court.
