This is an appeal, by Lottie C. Snyder, from an order of the court below striking off a former order directing that the defendant, John H. Snyder, pay her, for her support, the sum of $35 per month.

The original order was made on September 6, 1927, directing defendant to pay his wife, Lottie C. Snyder, the sum of $70 per month. On June 12, 1930, the defendant presented his petition for rule to show cause why this order should not be rescinded. On September 22, 1930, after hearing, the court reduced the amount the defendant was directed to pay to his wife to the sum of $35…
