This action was commenced in the superior court of Muskogee county, Okla., on the 28th day of May, 1920, by J. G. Terrell and Lela Terrell, his wife, defendants in error, plaintiffs' below, against George R. Belky and A. G. Ford, plaintiffs in error, defendants below, to recover the west half of lot nine and the north half of the west half of lot eight, in block 436r7n' the city of Mnskogee, Okla., and to cancel a deed thereto as a cloud on the title.
