This cause comes to be heard on the objection by the United States Attorney to the confirmation of a plan under 11 U.S.C. § 1101 et seq. proposed by Burgess Wholesale Mfg. Opticians, Inc., the debtor. The issue before the Court is whether 11 U.S.C. § 1129(a)(9)(C), providing for deferred payment of 11 U.S.C. § 507(a)(6) tax claims, contemplates payment by a Chapter 11 debtor of post petition interest on dis-chargeable unsecured tax claims.
