SPEER, Justice.
This appeal involves a contest by one of the parties of the report of commissioners appointed by the court in a partition suit.
J. B. Masten and his wife, C. A. Mas-ten, both deceased, owned about 906 acres of land in Cooke County, which was apparently community property between them. J. B. Masten predeceased his wife and left no will. The wife died testate, bequeathing her property in equal parts to the fourteen children of herself and husband, except as to one daughter, to whom she gave a life estate with remainder to her children.
