This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment, Filing No. 35. This is an action for employment discrimination and retaliation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12111 et seq. (“ADA”). 1 Plaintiff also asserts state law discrimination and retaliation claims under the Nebraska Fair Employment Practice Act, Neb.Rev.
