The petition was presented by Hon. William T. Skelton, county judge of Washington county, Colorado, asking that *432the name of Quitman Brown, Esq., of Yuma county, Colorado, a duly licensed attorney of this court, be stricken from the roll of attorneys for malconduct in office as such attorney.
