In a claim to recover damages for the taking of real property pursuant to an eminent domain proceeding, the Town of Brook-haven appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Bivona, J.), entered March 13, 2013, which, upon a decision of the same court dated February 5, 2013, made after a nonjury trial, awarded the claimant the principal sum of $1,120,125, as just compensation for the taking of the claimant’s real property.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
