The matter presently before the court arises in an appeal from the bankruptcy court’s order terminating the automatic stay and barring Debtor from filing another bankruptcy case for 180 days. By order dated June 1, 1998, the bankruptcy court terminated the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362 to allow the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Appellee, to foreclose on the Appellant’s real property. In his notice of appeal filed with the bankruptcy court, the Appellant requested a stay of the foreclosure sale, waiver of costs, appointment of counsel, and reconsideration of the bankruptcy…
