OXBERGER, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Chamberlain, Kirk & Cline, Inc. (Chamberlain), brings this appeal to challenge the district court’s judgment denying it a real estate commission. Chamberlain contends the district court erred by granting the defendants’ motion for summary *682judgment, overruling its motion for summary judgment, and in denying its motions for sanctions. We affirm.
