This is an appeal by plaintiffs from an order of the circuit court dismissing their bill for want of equity which was entered upon motion of the defendants and a stipulation as to certain facts.

The principal controversy is concerned with the' proceeds of certain insurance policies on the life of Charles M. Eddy, deceased. Plaintiffs are the executors and residuary legatees of Mabel M. Eddy, deceased, the former wife of Charles M. Eddy, and seek to have these proceeds impressed with a trust in their favor although the policies are payable to the insured’s daughter, Jeanette Eddy Williams,…
