Following a jury trial, appellant Cleondre Lamarr Lacey was convicted of malice murder, felony murder (two counts), armed robbery, aggravated assault (two counts), and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in connection with the shooting death of Kenneth Brett Cunningham and shooting injury of Paul Mayhew.
