This case'comes'before us on a bill of exceptions and writ of error from the Superior Court of the County of Houston.
It apppears from the record, that a judgment was obtained in the SuperiorCourt of Jones County,in favour of Tattnall Booth, against Jeremiah M. Williams, on the 30th day of October, 1824. On the 20th day of January, 1825, the Deputy Sheriff made a return thereon of “ no property to he found.” On the 2d day of August, 1829, there was another return made on the execution, by the proper officer, of “ no property to be found, whereon to…
