The appeal is by JoAnn Palmer, the daughter of En aa Sauter, deceased, from an order of the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Glacier County, denying JoAnn Palmer’s petition to remove Wilbur Werner as personal representative of her mother’s estate, or in the alternative to appoint a special administrator to administer the estate.
