Plaintiff William F. Sorin has brought this suit under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C, § '652 (“FOIA”), against the -United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) to obtain records relating to So-rin’s prosecution by the United States Attorney’s Office-for the Eastern District of New York (“EDNY”) in 2006 and 2007. DOJ has moved for summary judgment.1 The parties have consented to disposition of the case by a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c).
