SUMMARY OF THE CASE

This case was initiated as an employment case based upon Mr. Brown’s Complaint alleging wrongful termination in May of 2004. A trial was held by former Chief Judge William Bossman on November 9, 2004. The former Chief Judge’s appointment ended on July 1, 2005.
