The plaintiffs, who were engaged in business as millers in Le Boy, during the fall of 1865, sent to the defendants, who were commission merchants at Albany, seven hundred barrels of flour, in quantities of one hundred barrels, to be sold by the defendants in the course of their business. During that time, and afterwards, before their failure, they sold on account of the plaintiffs four hundred and forty-five barrels of the flour, sent one hundred and fifty barrels to their agents in the city of blew York, which were sold by them, and returned the residue, one hundred and five barrels to the…
