Introduction
Robert E. Lee (Defendant) appeals the judgment entered upon his conviction by jury of one count of second-degree statutory rape, two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy, and one count of incest. Defendant argues that the trial court abused its discretion by allowing both the victim, S.V.
