The petitioners were convicted on April 18, 1978 in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia for armed robbery and burglary. No appeal was taken from these convictions. On September 14, 1978, the petitioners filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. The Superior Court of Fulton County denied the petition for writ of habeas corpus by final order entered and filed on February 6, 1979. No appeal was taken from this judgment.
