This case arises out of litigation in which Ronald Ferrari^ the plaintiff and the defendárit-ih-reconvention, sought to be declared the owner of two parcels of land — Lot 21-A ánd' Lot 22-B; , NOLA Renewal Group, LLC (“NOLA”), the defendant and "the plaintiff-in-reconvention, alleges that it' acquired ownership of both lots by acquisitive prescription pursuant to La.
