This is an action for the negligent killing of plaintiff’s husband. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment in the sum of $6500' and. defendant has appealed.
The evidence shows that the deceased was employed as. a boiler washer in defendant’s power house located at 2nd Street and Grand Avenue, in Kansas City, Missouri. The boiler in which deceased was working at the time of his death was used to generate electiicity in the operation of defendant’s street railway.
