After a bench trial, defendant was convicted of driving a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 95½, par. 11 — 501.) He was fined $100, and his driver’s license was revoked. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 95½, par. 11 — 501(i).) Thereafter, he filed a post-trial motion for a judgment of acquittal, which was denied.
