CERCONE, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County sustaining appellees’ preliminary objections to the Complaint. We affirm.

Appellant, Darrell J. Van Mastrigt, filed a pro se complaint in negligence for personal injury and defamation. The trial court subsequently granted appellant’s request to proceed in forma pauperis. Appellant is presently incarcerated following his conviction for the murder of Jeanne Goldberg.
