MAGILL, Circuit Judge:

Floyd and Ruth Jacobs filed suit against Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company (“Nationwide”) in Florida state court, seeking appraisal under the terms of their Florida insurance contract. Nationwide removed the action to federal district court based on diversity jurisdiction. The district court granted the Jacobs’ motion for summary judgment, compelling appraisal, and granted the Jacobs’ motion for attorney fees. Nationwide appeals both orders.
